Located on Baptist Hill Road just east of its junction with  Route 772. Copied in October 1970 by Marie Clark who added information on military service not on stones. It was copied in April 1998 by Bob Casari who included information from the 1970 reading which could not be read in 1998. The rows were numbered from the east to west and read from south to north. Some rows are not clearly defined. Condition of stones is noted as of 1998.
