Located north of Westfall Road about one mile northeast of South Salem village. The Buckskin Presbyterian Church was organized on Oct 27, 1802, and Abraham Dean was one of four ruling elders. In 1804, a log church was erected which was torn down a year later and rebuilt "on the lot which is now (1880) the graveyard, adjoining the present village of South Salem." The Old Presbyterian Cemetery northwest of town is the burial site of many early members of the congregation.
