This cemetery is shown on maps prepared by the Ross County Engineer to be on the south side of SR 138 just west of Waugh Road. Occupants of residences immediately west and east of this location do not know of a cemetery in this area. In 1992, the 20 acre field on the southwest corner of the intersection of SR 138 and Waugh Road, which is the general location given for this cemetery, was owned by Mervin Crago who was born and raised in the house east across Waugh Road. Mr. Crago had no recollection of a cemetery in that area and says his family has always known Kerr Cemetery to be the graveyard just north of SR 138 on the west side of Waugh (Waugh-Mt. Pleasant Cemetery).
