Located south of Austin Road about two miles northwest of Austin. The cemetery was on the south side of Herrod Creek about 1/4 mile west of where the creek crosses Austin Road.

The Shobe family probably owend the property in the early 1800s and many are buried there. In 1875, William D. Mallow owned the 350 acre farm and the graveyard was located beside his house which was near that crossing. It probably acquired the Mallow name from that ownership.

The cemetery no longer exists and several of the stones were moved to Greenlawn Cemetery, Section 7, in Frankfort. The cemetery was copied by Clara Mark in the 1920s. Names listed are from that reading.
