Located on the south side of Bush Mill Road about 1 mile west of its junction with Egypt Pike and about 1-14 miles west of the village of Greenland. In 1875, farms one-third mile souteast were owned by Clark families, the probable source of the cemetery's name. However the cemetery was then located on the farm of Samuel Day.

Copied in 1987 by Caroline Whitten and in December 1997 by Bob Casari. The cemetery was in poor condition with many stones down. The condtion of stones is as of 1997. Rows are numbered from east to west and read from Bush Mill Road south.
