Located west of Potts Hill Road about half a mile south of its junction with Swartz Lane. It is on the northern tip of the hill in the woods about 800 feet west of Potts Hill Road and in 1999 was beneath a large spruce tree.

The single marker was once surrounded by a low stone wall that, by 1999, had been destroyed. The stone was copied in March 1999 by Bob Casari of the Ross County Genealogical Society.
